TWFE for Used engine oil recycling

Thin Wipe Film Evaporation process is currently the best process for extracting high-quality lubricant base oil from used engine oil. It can extract lubricantl base oil, including SN500 base oil, from used engine oil without destroying the additives of the lubricating oil and the molecular structure of the base oil. It is currently the used engine oil regeneration base oil technology with the highest yield at home and abroad. TWFE process developed by our company consists of flocculation sedimentation, dehydration (thin film evaporation or flash dehydration) and multi-stage short-path evaporation processes. 

The processing capacity can be large or small. It is suitable for the recycling of mixed used lubricants and the recycling of single used lubricant with high added value (such as fully synthetic thermal oil).

Our TWFE technology for used engine oil recycling has the following features:

1. The processing capacity can be large or small, from 100kgs/h to 2000kgs/h;

2. The operating vacuum degree is high, the lowest can reach 0.001mbar;

3. Low operation temperature, no more than 300°C;

4. The production yield of base oil is high, up to 95%;

5. Continuous operation, high degree of automation;

6. The equipment has good stability and can operate continuously for more than 300 days, greatly reducing maintenance costs;

7. It has a wide range of applications and can be used not only for the recycling of used lubricants and used engine oil, but also for black diesel evaporation, cashew nut shell oil extraction and other fields.

8. Equipped with corresponding heat exchange units, energy consumption is reduced.
