Used engine oil kettle vacuum distillation is a process that separates distillate oils such as light fuel oil and lubricant base oil from used lubricants such as used engine oil through a distillation kettle under a high vacuum negative pressure state. Many people classify kettle vacuum distillation process into outdated technology because its low-quality oil products, low base oil yield, dangerous operation, and high energy consumption. But for most new starters with small processing capacity, kettle vacuum distillation is still an importation technology to get base oil from used lubricants.

The kettle vacuum distillation device designed and manufactured by our company is composed of heating system, heat exchange system, distillation system, vacuum system, condensation system, control system, power system, exhaust gas and wastewater treatment system and other units. It is completely different from the traditional kettle distillation unit and has the following advantages:

  8. It is suitable for a wide range of oil materials. It can process and utilize single waste lubricating oil or mixed waste lubricating oil.
