This product uses the principle of solvent extraction to separate unstable components from catalytic cracking diesel to achieve the purpose of refining catalytic cracking diesel, thereby improving the oxidation stability of diesel. 1. Catalytic diesel and HT diesel color-preserving agent enter the static mixer at the same time according to a certain agent-oil ratio. After being fully mixed through the static mixer, they enter the oil sedimentation separator. The separated refined diesel is washed with water to remove the sediment and then enters the refining process. Oil tank; the solvent layer enters another oil separator, the oil is extracted and used as fuel, and the solvent is removed from the solvent tank for recycling.

2. Agent-oil ratio: 1:150-1:200 (weight ratio).

3. The oil settling and separation time is about 4 hours.

4. The operating temperature should not be higher than 50℃.

5. Transportation and storage 

HT diesel color-preserving agent should be kept clean during transportation, prevent leakage, and prevent exposure to sunlight. It should be stored in closed steel containers and transported in bulk in tank trucks.
