This project is located in Liaohe Oilfield and can process 60,000 tons of oil sludge from tank bottom annually.
This processing line uses steam as a heat source to heat the tempered sludge with demulsifier added to about 80°C for stirring and washing.
Micro-nano bubbles in DAF are then used to provide floating force for the crude oil in the sludge, floating the crude oil in the sludge, thereby achieving separation from the sludge.
The oil sludge sand is separated from the sewage through a centrifuge. The sewage enters the oil field sewage treatment pipe network, and the dehydrated oil sludge sand is further processed in depth.
The oil content in the treated sludge is less than 1%.
The oil content in the treated sewage is less than 100ppm.
The moisture content of the treated oil is less than 5%.
