This project takes used lubricants and used engine oil as raw materials and uses pretreatment, flash dehydration, vacuum distillation, NMP solvent refining, and solvent recovery processes to produce high-quality lubricate base oils SN150, SN250 and SN350. It is the earliest adopter of NMP solvent extraction and solvent recovery for used engine oil industry in China.
