Project description:
Used lubricants are used as raw material and processes such as pretreatment, flash dehydration, vacuum distillation, ozone refining, methanol hydrogen production and high-pressure hydrogenation are adopted to produce high-quality lubricate base oil class II, diesel, gasoline and fuel oils.
It is the largest used lubricants hydroprocessing and utilization project currently under construction in China.
