Process: Sediment, dehydration by flash evaporation, vacuum distillation, NMP solvent extraction, NMP solvent recovery

Heating method: natural gas tube heater for vacuum distillation and natural gas thermal oil boiler for solvent recovery
Operation temperature: 386 ℃ for used engine oil vacuum distillation and 150℃ for solvent recovery
Pressure: 2000Pa for vacuum distillation, 200Pa for solvent recovery
Color: SN150 0.5-1.0, SN350, 1.0-1.2
Solvent NMP loss: less than 0.2%
